2015 Summer Language Programs Course Calendar and Curriculum

Discere Aude's language courses held this summer have concluded and were a huge success! This year, we were able to recruit 9 teacher volunteers from The Hockaday School to help teach the classes and impact the lives of almost 160 students. Attached are the summer calendar and the Latin course curriculum. Below are some of the class pictures.

2015 St. Anthony Academy Latin Class Volunteers Martha Winslow and Heidi Kim with their 2-3 group students in the eight-week summer Latin course at St. Anthony Academy. Not included in the picture are the K-1 and 4-8 grade group students.

2015 Lindsley Park Latin Class Volunteer Kate Keough with her students in the summer Latin course at Lumin Lindsley Park Community School. Kate taught the one-week Latin course at Lindsley Park as well as the five-week summer Latin course at Lakewest Family YMCA.

2015 Wesley Rankin Spanish Class Volunteer Suzette Kane with her students in the summer Spanish course elective at Wesley Rankin Community Center. Suzette taught the course at Wesley Rankin as well as the one-week summer Spanish course at Lumin Lindsley Park Community School.
